Our Patient Accounts office will be happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding insurance or fees. They can be reached at: 301-897-9581, 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. Monday – Friday

Payments

All charges are due and payable in full upon receipt of a statement. For patients who have medical insurance; as a courtesy we will submit insurance claims to your primary carrier. It is the patient’s obligation to know the terms of their insurance coverage and to provide the practice with all the information necessary to process a claim. For patients not covered by insurance, individual arrangements can be made for monthly payment plans.

Note: HMO patients who need referrals from their primary care physicians are responsible for obtaining these referrals.
